Description
A. O. Heintz was born Amanual Otto Heintz in 1928 in Bessie, Oklahoma. His parents, George and Mary (Etchberger) Heintz, were immigrants to the area, having come from Russia, and were of German heritage. A.O. was the sixth of nine children. When he was five years old, the family moved to Mangum, Oklahoma.
