Alisa Zelnicek, fourth-generation owner of the Claude Curry Farm established in 1889, discussed the history of the land and the family that claimed it. The original 160 acres produced wheat and cattle. At the time of the interview wheat continued to be grown on the land that has been cared for by several generations of the family. Alisa's parents set up a trust that ensured a member of the family would care for the farm for the next one hundred years. In addition to the history of the land, Alisa shared cherished memories of growing up on the farm with her beloved parents and grandparents.
