In her fourth interview, Anita Arnold, executive director of Black Liberated Arts Center, Incorporated, talks about beginning her involvement with the Black Liberated Arts Center, Inc. and helping to revitalize the organization. She talks about the many programs the organization puts on including the Charlie Christian Music Festival. Arnold discusses the history of the festival and the decision to relocate it as a result of Oklahoma City's revitalization efforts following the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building.
