Description
Ann Hargis became the First Lady of Oklahoma State University (OSU) in 2008 when her husband, Burns Hargis, took the office of the president of OSU. She recalls her early life growing up in Texas and about earning an undergraduate degree in math and Latin. Hargis describes Willham House, the residence for the OSU president, the layout, the challenges, allowing it to be used as a learning laboratory for students, and thoughts for improvements. She also shares what OSU means to her and how it has impacted her family.
