Ann Oglesby, a 1987 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU) with a degree in chemical engineering, talks about her life and career in the petrochemical business. She discusses her upbringing on a farm and shares some of memories of attending OSU. Oglesby recalls challenges of balancing family and leadership roles and describes a few of the efforts Phillips 66 has in place to help minority employees. She also speaks on women in science fields, and what she likes to do in her spare time.
