Arlene Sellers, a 1959 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU) with a degree in home economics, worked as a 4-H and home demonstration agent for many years. She talks about her childhood and knowing early on that she wanted to work as a 4-H agent. Seller explains her educational path to OSU and then her career path after that. She describes her various roles and discusses some of the challenges. She also comments on the changes in the field over her career.
