In her interview, Becky Taylor talks about her experience working as the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) Healthy Living Program Coordinator and working to increase the accessibility of healthy food to low-income populations. This work motivated her to pursue a Master of Public Health, and after graduation she describes transitioning to her current role as the Executive Director of Our Daily Bread. Taylor discusses some of the religious connections in Our Daily Bread's work and its impact in the community. She shares her experiences with food and how they have shaped her mindset throughout her life. Becky cares about the community of Stillwater, and desires to see food scarcity eradicated from Stillwater and the surrounding communities.
