Description
Bill Taggart earned a bachelor's degree (1947), a master's degree (1957), and a doctorate (1964) from Oklahoma State University (OSU). He recalls his days as an undergraduate, using the G.I. Bill, and studying animal science. Taggart discusses his long career with OSU's Cooperative Extension Services from working as a county agent to serving as associate director of the program. He shares memories of his youth spent in the Oklahoma Panhandle surviving dust storms on the family ranch and participating in 4-H activities.
