Bill Wilson, born in 1946, explains how he became interested in land surveying and in conservation of natural resources. He discusses his involvement with the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts and the National Association of Conservation Districts. He talks about various issues within conservation such as abandoned mine land, flood control, and the Farm Bill. He recalls attending Congresssional meetings in Washing, DC, and shares some of the early history of his family and of Oklahoma.
