Description
Callie Connolly, a 2012 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU), recalls her family ties to Muskogee County, Oklahoma, and experiences in her youth that led her to OSU. She shares about her Cherokee Indian heritage and her continued involvement with the tribe. Connolly talks about her college days and becoming aware of and making others aware of financial aid resources. She discusses her career after graduation and her role in starting a Native American Student Association at a state college. Connolly represents Muskogee County in the Cowboys in Every County project.
