Description
Recruited with her husband, Louis Meissner, Carol Meissner describes her time working as a nurse for the Oklahoma State University (OSU) education outreach program in Ethiopia in the late 1950s. She recalls her early life growing up in Maramec, Oklahoma, and her newlywed life before moving to Ethiopia. She also discusses the cultural differences she noticed between America and Ethiopia during her time there.
