Caroline Dibble, a 2009 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in industrial engineering, recall choosing that major and shares some of her college experiences. She talks about her career path that took her out of Oklahoma for a while to work for Exxon Mobil in Virginia. Dibble also discusses the work, moving back to Oklahoma, earning a graduate degree, and returning to work for Exxon Mobil. Additionally, she takes about balancing work with family life.
