Famed rodeo announcer Clem McSpadden discusses his life and career. He also talks about being the general manager of the National Finals Rodeo and raising money. McSpadden was inducted in the Rodeo Historical Society's Rodeo Hall of Fame at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in 1989. This oral history was filmed at the National Cowboy Museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
