Description
Dwain Phillips, a 1967 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU), discusses his thirty-some years with the Soil Conservation Service as both a soil conservationist and a public information officer. He talks about the various moves he made within the agency and about aspects of the different positions he held. Phillips also recalls his early days with the agency and explains some of the changes he has seen in the area of conservation.
