Description
Frances Gardner graduated from high school in Burbank, Oklahoma in 1939. After a few jobs, she accepted a position in City Services for Bartlesville and retired at the age of fifty-five with twenty-one years of service. Through the years Frances has been active on and off with various Extension groups. After retiring she began organizing the open-class floral section of the Washington County Fair. She continues to serve in this capacity today.
