Frances Hightower Peetoom, born in 1951 in Vinita, Oklahoma, shares memories of her youth in Vinita and how she first came to work for Annabell Southern at the Glass House Restaurant. She describes her work as a waitress and discusses the three occasions when she worked at the Glass House. Frances also recalls working there during the Vietnam era and serving buses loaded with soldiers coming to and from various military bases.
