Description
Francis Marzett Shelton was born in Boley, Oklahoma in 1946 and shortly thereafter her parents, Bennie and Franchie Marzett, moved to California. In 1955 her family returned to a community near Boley called Rusk. The family lived on a farm and was surrounded by extended family. Francis attended school at Boley, graduating from Boley High School.
