Galen Bunting, a graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU), talks about moving to Stillwater, Oklahoma at an early age and describes his experience with gender dysphoria in his teenage years. He discusses attending OSU and meeting other students in the LGBTQA+ community and making the decision to transition and come out as gay. Bunting recalls meeting his partner during this time and outlines his educational journey, from receiving undergraduate and graduate degrees from OSU to beginning a PhD at Northeastern University.
