Gary Trennepohl, the first president of the Oklahoma State University (OSU)-Tulsa campus, had previously served as the dean of the Spears School of Business at OSU. Trennepohl discusses his military career, his teaching career, and his university administration career. He notes many important players in the setting up of OSU-Tulsa as well as some of the political disagreements that surrounded its inception and issues concerning the campus at the time of the interview.
