Gary O’Neill, a 1982 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU), discusses his thirty-some year career with the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). He talks about his education and background in agriculture, growing up on a dairy farm, and going to work for the NRCS. O’Neill outlines his career path and shares how each new position moved him a step closer to being the state conservationist for Oklahoma. He also takes about some of the programs he has been involved with mentions a few influential people in his career.
