Gina Noble talks about her time as a student and later faculty member at Oklahoma State University (OSU), as well as her experience of being the mayor of Stillwater, Oklahoma. She discusses some of the hardships she faced as mayor, including the OSU Homecoming parade tragedy of 2015. Noble recalls the events of that day, holding a press conference to share the awful news of fatalities and injuries, and describes other ways the City of Stillwater and OSU responded. She also discusses what it was like to face breast cancer while still carrying out mayoral duties.
