Description
Glen Bays graduated from Oklahoma A&M College a few years before the name was changed to Oklahoma State University (OSU). He recalls his youth in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where he helped his father with dairy cows. Bays shares some town history and talks some about his military service in Korea. He discusses enrolling in OSU on the GI Bill, meeting his wife, and their four years of work in Africa. Bays also talks about his career as a minister in the Presbyterian Church and his continued efforts to help others. Bays represents Payne County in the Cowboys in Every County project.
