Harold Murnan 10/12/2010

Harold Murnan was born in Noble, Oklahoma. Following high school he served in the Navy during World War II. When his tour of duty was complete he enrolled in Oklahoma A&M College in January 1947 using the G.I. Bill and graduated in 1950 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry. After graduation, Murnan taught a veteran’s class in Salina, Oklahoma, for a little over a year and then accepted a position with Cooperative Extension in 1951 in Pawnee County as the 4-H agent.
