Hazel Mooney recalled memories of her childhood on the family farm in Arkansas. Married at the age of fifteen, Hazel took charge of her own household early and moved to Wetumka, Oklahoma, in the 1940s. She described her life as a homemaker, the role of church, and some of her activities such as being a member of a Home Demonstration Club.
