Iris Imler, Cimarron County Conservation District Programs Coordinator, shares how she began her career in conservation work in 1989. She discusses various activities she has been involved with in the county assisting ranchers and landowners. Imler explains how the district was able to build its own building, how the board of directors work, and how the county has changed over the course of her long career. She also talks about some of the unique challenges of living in the Oklahoma Panhandle.
