Professor J.E. George, President of the Enid Business College, tells of the day of the run and of people making their claims, he also tells of the people having church the next day after the run. He tells of the Cherokee Strip being known as the wheat belt of Oklahoma, and of the Cherokee Strip Historical Society and its collection of mementos of the run.
