James Halligan, president of Oklahoma State University 1994-2003, recalls the aftermath of the 2001 plane crash. He shares personal and painful memories of interacting with the grieving families and also discusses some of the decisions made regarding the University’s response to the accident. Halligan talks about the two memorials, about a few of the key people in administration, and about moving forward.
