Description
Jan Jewell, a former Pete’s Pet Posse (P3) team member, holds a graduate degree from Oklahoma State University (OSU) and is a longtime supporter of OSU. She shares a few of her experiences as a college student at OSU, recalls meeting her future husband, provides advice for those interested in a career in special education, and discusses a few of the highlights of being an owner/handler for the P3 program. She introduces Bella, her P3 dog, and talks about the process of being selected to be in the program. She also explains part of her role as the wife of the chief operating officer (2003-2020) of the OSU Foundation during the time of very successful fundraising campaigns for OSU.
