Jerry Brown, Oklahoma State University's (OSU) resident hospitality specialist, recalls his early life and career in the hospitality industry. He describes the changes to Willham House, the home of the OSU president, he was involved with and its conversion into a more modern entertaining venue. Brown also discusses his goals for the future of the home as well as the OSU School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
