Description
Jimmy Smith, a 1964 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU) with a degree in agronomy, describes growing up on a farm and how being around agriculture led him to return to farming. He comments on some of his experiences at OSU. He explains how he became involved in county politics and the role he still plays today. He mentions the changes he has noticed in his county and in agriculture as a field. Lastly, he acknowledges how important his OSU education has been to him. Smith represents Tillman County in the Cowboys in Every County project
