John Andrews, poet and writer, discusses his life as a gay male living in Oklahoma. He talks about his experiences earning a fine arts graduate degree and his journey to earning a doctorate. Andrews comments about his childhood and family and meeting his husband. He describes his writing process and explains his use of the name Colin in his book, 'Colin is Changing his Name.' Additionally, he reads a few of his poems.
