Description
John Yozzo, author and retired English professor, recalls his childhood in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and his college days in the 1970s in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He talks about how the death of his father motivated him to begin writing poetry, his time as an undergraduate student, and how he met his wife. He reads some of his poems and discusses his writing process along with some of the things he likes about poetry and writing.
