Joy Evans recalls her twelve years spent in Ethiopia working with her husband, Conrad Evans, as part of Oklahoma State University's outreach efforts to develop agricultural and technical schools there. Evans discusses her early life growing up with school teacher parents, her own educational path, and her life after returning to America working as an educator and maintaining ties to Ethiopia.
