Judith Kaufman, former member of the faculty at Oklahoma State University (OSU), discusses her life as an activist, professor, and member of the LGBTQ+ community. She talks about her upbringing in Massachusetts and her decision to travel across the United States and settle in California after she graduated from college. She also discusses the girlfriends that she had along the way and how she got involved in ACT UP during the AIDS epidemic. She reminisces on the various organizations that she has been a part of and how she used her time at OSU to empower other LGBTQ+ people.
