Kim Farber, a 1977 graduate of Oklahoma State University, discusses her work as a director of the Garfield County Conservation District and the various issues producers faced in area. She shares some of her experiences as the first female president elected to the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts and discusses a few of the challenges and successes of the association. These include consolidation of district offices and the National Land and Range Judging Contest.
