Lee Paden was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and reared in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Following high school he attended Oklahoma Baptist University and then went on to law school at the University of Oklahoma. He developed an interest in politics during his youth and little did he know when his path crossed Henry Bellmon’s what an impact that would have on his life trajectory.
