Description
Lewis Taylor, born in 1925, grew up during the Great Depression and noticed some of its effects on his own family. He comments on his experiences during this time and how he ended up in the Naval Academy. He explains how he came to serve in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps and with USAID. He draws comparisons between the issues of then and the issues of now that he sees in the economy.
