Lloyd Bratcher & Inez Bratcher 03/22/2012

Lloyd Bratcher was born in Bromide, Oklahoma, in 1925 and grew up in Tribbey. Growing up on a farm and being the oldest of ten children, Lloyd had a lot of responsibilities, even as a child. When war broke out in December of 1941, Lloyd was a sophomore in high school, and when he began his senior year, he joined the Navy. On Christmas Eve of 1945, he arrived in Pearl Harbor where he stayed until May of 1946, at which time he was released from the Navy and returned home. Lloyd and his wife Inez were married in 1950, and they have two children, four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
