Lou Moore Hale, creator of the Henry Bellmon sculpture located in the Henry Bellmon Research Building on the Oklahoma State University campus, is a native Oklahoman. While she began sculpting in the early 1960s, she really did not have time to devote to it until she relocated to Stillwater in the mid-1980s.
