Louberta Kalka, third-generation owner of the Beasler Farm, discussed the history of the land and the family that acquired it in 1903. Originally the farm produced milo, hogs, chickens, cattle, and sheep. At the time of its centennial, 80 of the original 160 acres remained in the family and cattle was the main product. Louberta shared stories of growing up on the farm and the connections she has to the land.
