Luann Waters earned two degrees from Oklahoma State University (OSU), a bachelors in zoology (1973) and a masters in science education (1981). She shares memories of her youth and of her father being a county extension agent. Waters talks about moving to Hugo, Oklahoma, and finishing high school there before enrolling in OSU. She recalls her time on campus, changing majors and favorite professors and classes. Waters discusses her career and her move to Garvin County, Oklahoma, where she wrote a wildlife column and began teaching for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Waters represents Garvin County in the Cowboys in Every County project.
