Description
Colonel Martin Hagerstrand is the founder and director of the Cherokee National Historical Society (Tsa La Gi) and he oversees the 'Trail of Tears' production each year. He discusses the Society, Indian village, Tsa La Gi, 'Trail of Tears,' the history of the Cherokee people and the Cherokee Female Seminary. Additionally, he talks about the Cherokee Hall of Fame, Senator Owen, Admiral Clark, and oral history programs.
