Mary Easterling, a 1951 graduate of Oklahoma College for Women, worked as a home demonstration and 4-H agent for thirty years in Oklahoma. She talks about growing up and being influenced by her home economics teacher to study home economics in college. She describes her educational path and how she came to work in county extension. Easterling explains the work she did with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and how many of her programs made it across county lines.
