Michael Burgess, a 1986 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU) with a degree in business administration, explains growing up Native American and the various challenges that came with that. He goes through the positions he has held in many different tribal organizations and how he landed at Pawnee Nation College. He talks about the struggles that many tribal governments face and the issues more tribal members need to be concerned with for their tribes' futures. Burgess represents Pawnee County in the Cowboys in Every County project.
