Myrtha Fisher 04/05/2012

Myrtha Fisher was born in 1927 on a farm between Frederick and Tipton, Oklahoma. Myrtha attended school in Tipton until she was a sophomore. She then moved to Manitou, where she graduated high school in 1945. To this day she continues to get together with her classmates every two years. While she was in high school Myrtha met her husband-to-be. She married Walter Fisher in 1947, and the couple farmed and raised cattle near Manitou. In this interview Myrtha recalls growing up around Tipton, Manitou, and Frederick as well as some of the changes the area has seen over the years.
