Nadean Reynolds 07/18/2009

Nadean Reynolds, born in 1925, recalls memories of her childhood in a Methodist orphanage. She discusses some of the practices and rules of the home, but seeks to debunk the myth that all children homes mistreat those in their care. Reynolds then remembers the experience of the Dust Bowl during the Great Depression. She also comments on her life after the orphanage, and how she developed a career in nursing.
