In this interview, Norman McNickle talks about the various ways he has been involved in the food pantry community in Stillwater. He describes his past involvement in the larger Stillwater community which extends from being a police officer to City Manager. He talks about creating Stillwater Cares, an organization that allows local food service organizations to cooperate and minimize visitors taking advantage of the system. Norman describes his passion for the food community in Stillwater and his active involvement to improve it.
