Norman McNickle, a 1974 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU), talks about his time as a student and recalls making his decision to go into law enforcement. He discusses his career path, being a chief of police, and being the city manager for the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma. McNickle recalls the day of and the city’s response to the 2015 OSU Homecoming parade incident that resulted in fatalities and injuries. He also briefly mentions being the first on the scene back in 1977 when the fraternity brothers were electrocuted while working on house decorations.
