Description
Opal Jeffries was born in Texas in 1908 and her family later moved to Cimarron County in Oklahoma in 1922 where her father became a wheat farmer. She was the middle child of five children. In 1924, at the age of fifteen, she married Roy Jeffries at Dalhart, Texas.
