Peggy McBeath, a 1974 graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU) with a major in math education and a minor in business, recalls how her involvement with Rainbow Girls led her to OSU. She talks about her early interest in teaching math, a few of her favorite faculty members, and being involved in intramural sports. McBeath tells about her life after graduation, her work outside of the math classroom, and moving to McAlester, Oklahoma, where she began her teaching career in the 1990s. She also comments on the public education system from her point of view as an educator. McBeath represents Pittsburg County in the Cowboys in Every County project.
